We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with an ideal and really helpful staff. The restaurant was good and served hot food.

The stay was absolutely PERFECTLY PLEASANT. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a great area, right by restaurants and common area and the city center. Breads, cereal, fruit, and cheese were really appreciated. I had climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the reasonably large room. The location was good, at a medium distance from Plaza de Armas de Tarapoto.

I had a great stay at a green oasis in the middle of town. The well-maintained property and the pool were a highlight. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful amenities and attentive service.

During my stay at this hotel over xmas, I was blown away by the amount of effort the staff put into creating a beautiful decor that truly captured the spirit of the jungle. The plant-filled common areas were especially lovely. Another thing I appreciated about this hotel was its location, which made it incredibly easy to explore the local area and enjoy all it has to offer. Finally, the attentive and friendly staff really made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed to have a great stay.

The wonderful gardens and pool give the space a tranquil feel, with plenty of areas to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff are attentive and polite, making sure our needs were met. The included breakfast is an excellent mixture of cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, and a couple of cooked dishes, perfect for a great start to the day.

It's a shame that the hotel didn't have a free water dispenser for guests to use; it would have been a great addition to the facilities that are already available.
